Dakota Business Lending (DBL) is proud to announce Rochelle Anderson is their Portfolio Manager. In this position, Anderson will be responsible for ensuring compliance with agency rules and regulations and managing the organization’s overall portfolio from closed/funded to pay off. She will also be working to respond to servicing-related requests and oversee required compliance and credit needs.
Anderson has served as a Loan Specialist at DBL for the past two years, working primarily in loan processing and assisting with several areas throughout the loan process. Her transition to Portfolio Manager will help DBL continue to serve their customers and guide them throughout the entire life of their loan.
